  14. I'm looking for the quickest way to get a Java development environment
  15. on my
  16. A4000. While I've been a subscriber to the Amiga-Java mailing list
  17. (announcements),
  18. I haven't seen anything come across that list yet (in a few months) so I
  19. don't
  20. know if such a port is progressing or not. I know there is a Linux port
  21. of Java and
  22. I know that Linux runs on the Amiga. The questions that I'd like to get
  23. feedback
  24. on from net users are:

  26. Is going with Linux on my A4000 the best route? Is the Amiga version of
  27. Linux
  28. comparable to Linux on PCs?  Any ideas how far along either the Java or
